Smoothies Versus Juicing

There are a lot of great recipes for Juicing but when it comes to kids, they tend to be more favorable towards Smoothies. You can get the same nutrients from a smoothie as you can a juice and sometimes even more. When it comes to kids it is all about appearance and taste. If it doesn’t taste good and look good, you are never going to get them to drink it. A smoothie is fun and sometimes you can get extra nutrients into a smoothie you will lose in a juicer, like protein. That is why creating smoothie recipes for kids is so fun and healthy.
